Walk 2 Run

This run-walk program is the ideal way to increase your confidence and simplify the process of making running a staple in your fitness journey.

The goal of this program is to increase your cardiovascular conditioning and gradually build your tolerance for the impact associated with running. On completing this program you will have the ability to continuously jog for 30 minutes, and the confidence to make running a part of your ongoing fitness routine.

The program is 12 weeks long and consists of two distinct phases. The first phase is 8 weeks and progressively builds the volume of your running through jog-walk intervals. The second phase is 4 weeks and introduces continuous jogging (2x/week) and run-walk intervals (1x/week).
